Our on-site assessment involves a thorough review of your house extension aspirations, the structural characteristics of your home and the feasibility of your plans.

Planning permission
We can advise you if this is required and guide you through the process. Not all extensions require local authority consent and we are highly experienced in gaining approval.
03.
Project manager
You will have a dedicated project manager, your point of contact throughout the build and they will coordinate all aspects of the project so it runs smoothly.
04.
Building control
If required, we will attain your completion certificate from the local authority’s building control officer, together with any manufacture’s documents for equipment we install.
