Our client’s requirements
With a growing family, our clients had simply run out of space in their home. They compared the benefits and costs of moving house, against having a loft conversion and decided it was a better option. Converting the loft allowed them to stay in a house they loved and increased the value of the property.
Our solution
The house was a Victorian, mid terrace property in Brighton. The homeowner wanted to create a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. They were able to choose fixtures and fittings that worked beautifully with the Victorian features in the rest of the property. The build took eight weeks to complete, and the homeowners couldn’t have been happier with the finished results. The conversion enabled them to give their kids a bedroom each on the first floor, while they enjoyed the luxury of their own floor.
